With a flat-screen satellite TV, rooms at the Locanda overlook either the internal courtyard or Ragazzoni Square. The rooms are all equipped with showers and some have a hydro-massage bathtub.

A combination of traditional and experimental cuisine is prepared at the property's Michelin starred restaurant, headed by Andrea Monesi. Breakfast includes both sweet and savoury items, served at the table.

The property is a few steps from the tourist port, with boat trips connecting to the San Giulio Island. With a 10-minute walk guests can reach the Sacro Monte d'Orta, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
